Hair Requirements /
Lace Drop Off

You MUST come washed & blowdried.

HD or Transparent lace is recommended.

There is to be absolutely NO oil or product on your scalp or hair.

No T-Lace wigs

Your wig must be dropped off 2-3 days before your appointment. The address will be provided to you.

For color services, you MUST drop your wig off s days before your appointment.

Your first and last name, along with your install date must be visibly written on the bag/package.
At Your Appointment

A $30 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required $5

Squeeze - Ins

Squeeze-in or same-day appointments are subject to normal hours 9am-5pm , PLEASE CONTACT FIRST.

Normal hours are 9 AM-3 PM; appointments outside these hours will incur an additional $130 fee.

No exceptions. After 15 minutes, a late fee will be charged.
Late Fee

Please arrive on time.

A 15-minute grace period is allowed; exceeding this may result in cancellation, requiring rescheduling and a new deposit.

A $25 late fee applies after 15 minutes, plus $1 for each additional minute.
No - Call / No - Show

NO CALL/NO SHOW

A $50 fee will be added to your next appointment balance.

To book again, you must rebook online and submit a new deposit. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a $50 fee applies. No-call, no-shows will be charged in full.
